Carbamide Peroxide is an effective dental bleaching agent of a very high power level (although not the highest). It is great for the average dental stain and preferrable for most people because it provides plenty of whitening power without excessive gum and tooth irritation. We formulate our 16% - 35% gels in a medium-high viscosity formula, non-glycerin base that is the perfect balance between power and irritation-free comfort. 

Carbamide Peroxide is the ingredient of choice for professional dental whitening. It is widely used by dentists and is manufactured in strengths ranging from 10% to 35%. The reason Carbamide Peroxide Gel is so widely used is that it maintains it’s shelf-life for up to 3 years. Other peroxides, such as Hydrogen Peroxide, begin losing their efficacy immediately after manufacture and lose their potency after only a few months, rendering them completely ineffective.
