If your teeth have average staining, 6 (six) 5ml Syringes of whitening gel will give you enough to completely bleach all of your teeth (both your upper and lower teeth).  For most people, this is all the gel they will need to finish the job.  Tougher stains may need to be bleached for a longer time or with a stronger gel (not to exceed 22%).
